Who We Are
John and Robin Ross celebrating their Non Pro Maturity
win with Smokin Shoshoni Chex, the first proven
daughter of Gold Hickory Chex

Over the years, Robin, John and Vea Loy Ross have been partners in thought and work.  In 1981, the Ross family left their big desert cow operation and began concentrating on the horse segment.  They knew what they admired in a horse and what they were striving to raise.  "We breed like to like and great to great," was the Ross family motto from the beginning.  Horses were, are and always have been the deciding factors in their lives.  In 1998, the Ross family left their horse training and breeding facility in Payette, Idaho and moved to Tishomingo, Oklahoma.  All Cross J horses have been rode, showed and won on by Robin.  The Cross J Horse Ranch continues to thrive, come pick yourself out a future winner....
